They definitely won't make life easy, although if you're strong willed enough there's nothing wrong with a bit of them, as a treat, now and then, as part of your daily calorie limit. Easier said then done

My stick thin son bought the chocs and sweets and my mum (who cannot eat cake from an allergy) bought the cakes. 😩

It's the same here, when my grandchildren visit, Kimbell and we have to bake too! It's all down to good old willpower, I'm afraid!
