I know I have only been doing this a few days now but had a sneaky peak this morning ( I know I shouldn't - ) and the scales have gone down slightly really trying to keep focussed if I can get past 2/3 weeks I know I will have cracked it to carry on.
Although I didn't do to much walking yesterday what I did do is making sure I know about it today as parts of me are hurting( I have osteoarthritic ankles and knee) so will do different exercise today just to keep moving. Hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine x x -
