Hi My weight is 90.5 kg and height 164cm. I am obese. I had baby last year April. No matter how hard I try I am not able to loose weight and my belly. I need suggestion or daily routine in order to reduce weight.

Hi adagu

Welcome to the weight loss forum.

Take a look at the Welcome Newbie post in the Pinned post section at the right hand side or at the bottom if your on a mobile. Have a look at the nhs 12 week plan, many members have had success following this plan. Use the BMI checker to work out your daily calorie allowance.

Have a look at the Daily Diary which you can find on the Home page in Events. It is where all the members are sharing their daily plans on what they are eating and any exercise they are doing. This thread will give you some ideas on how to start.

Below the Pinned posts are the Topics where members share a range of weight related subjects.

Take your measurements at the start together with a photo so you can see the changes on the days the scales don't move.

We have daily weigh ins so why not come along and join us today. You can find the weigh ins on the Home page in the Events section on the right. Just click on the post in Events and record your start weight and any loss/gain or maintain for the week.

To get the most of the forum be active, share tips, recipes and experiences. Read some of the posts they are very motivating.

Have a good first week.

Hi adagu take your time to read all that Rose has suggested, then start to make your plans and move forwards to your new goals and become the fit mum and role model you want to be, and your child deserves.

Cheering you on 🎉🎉🎉

Hi Adagu. Congratulations on your little one. I'm sure they'll be keeping you busy! I find that if I track everything I'm eating on the "my fitness pal" app it helps keep me on the straight and narrow path! If you check on the NHS website and find out what calories you should be eating to lose weight healthily you can tailor the app to suit you. It makes you realise just how much rubbish you snack on and what a waste of calories that is. This forum is really good to as everyone has the same aim but has their own method of getting there. Good luck! You won't recognise yourself in a few months!

Hi, and welcome adagu :) You've made the first baby steps to becoming the shape that you want to be! I'm 5ft4in and was 15:4 when I joined this forum back in January 2017. Here I am, still the same height :D , but 13:4 now! It's a good feeling to be moving out of obesity and into being overweight :o ! Log everything, be mindful of what you're using your calories for, and move as much as possible, and it will come off I promise you! I look forward to reading how you're doing! Come on girl, you've got this...xx
