Hello my name is Jodie I am 5'7 and I weigh 15.7 stone...

I have now received my weight watchers vouchers and I am yet again going to try and get my weight in order.

I have been here and done this before and I just hope that this time I can figure out why I put it back on.

Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.

I have tried so many times too. I do find Fitness Pal app really good to help you know how much youve had and what youve still got cuz then you can be more aware. I think i just kid myself that i didnt have a problem. Just faced up to it on monday and feeling so much better, not slimmer yet but the advice on here is definitely helping. Most of all just keep a healthy supply of snacks nearby and drink loads of water (i like lemon in it) Best of luck to you :)

Drink a glass of water 1/2 hour before you eat. It will fill you up so you don't eat so much. Get plenty of protien in your diet.
