I have tried so many times too. I do find Fitness Pal app really good to help you know how much youve had and what youve still got cuz then you can be more aware. I think i just kid myself that i didnt have a problem. Just faced up to it on monday and feeling so much better, not slimmer yet but the advice on here is definitely helping. Most of all just keep a healthy supply of snacks nearby and drink loads of water (i like lemon in it) Best of luck to you
