The weather today is so beautiful, I decided to wear for the first time a dress I bought a few weeks ago. I'm really delighted to see it looks so much better on me than when I bought it! The modest amount of weight I have lost seems to have all come off my middle. Really motivates me to keep going.
So, tell me about your small triumphs on the way, let's celebrate!

Well done on looking snazzy in your new frock, and feeling great too.
Today I'm wearing size 16 trousers for the first time in possibly 30 years and... they're a little roomy. Size 22 this time last year . Big smiles here!
It's a lovely feeling isn't it when you start to see and feel the changes when your losing weight. Well done you! Loving the post.
It's been nearly a year since I started my weight loss journey and there have been so many changes along the way I have a job to regonise myself. But I think the biggest change is my walking, this time last year I was stuck in my house struggling to walk across my living room with 2 sticks. Now I walk everywhere with no sticks or support of any kind, so that is my triumph!
Hi I took my greyhounds out this morning in a skirt and top and then walked up to my chemist and back and felt great about it then this afternoon went through my clothes as we are going on holiday in two weeks and found i can fit into things is bought but never worn as they were too tight so put a washing machine load on and dried them in the garden I've a second machine for tomorrow.
I started in February at 15 stone 1lb and today in 13stone 5lb its so nice to feel at ease when I'm dressed
nice one - it's these small things that help motivate us along the way for me, apart from getting smaller clothes, one of these was when I switched to the smaller size on my running armband because the bigger size was too loose!
