Hi, I've consumed 1600 calories today & burnt 460 calories at a spin class.
Probably a silly question but, what do I do with those extra calories? I really can't eat any more today!

Provided the 1600Kcal so far consumed is higher than that needed to meet BMR, or minimum calorie recommendation, and that the amount is less than that needed to meet TDEE, or maximum recommendation, you don't necessarily need to do anything.
If you're maintaining a daily deficit, the calories burned during spinning will have been expended from those stored in existing body fat, thus, contributing towards your goal of reducing its overall percentage.
Should you begin to feel hungry later this evening, consider 100g of full fat yoghurt, mixed with a scoop of whey powder before bedtime, preventing a rumbling stomach from keeping you awake overnight
If the 1600 was from the NHSBMI checker your activity level has already been accounted for.
The MyFitnessPal App works slightly differently, and in theory you could eat the extra 460 calories, but I would be careful as it's difficult to accurately judge how many calories are burnt during exercise.
I agree with Hidden though about letting your body decide if it needs refuelling 😊
