Maybe a dumb question but if I consumed 1800 calories but did 600 of exercise should I be eating 600 or not.

Hello BigBeth01
If you use the NHS BMI checker the target calorie range suggested takes account of your exercise level so please check your own personal calorie target as it’s often higher than you think. We always advise starting towards the top of the range, being hungry is the single biggest cause of weight loss failure. 😊
Best wishes

I would give the same advice as IndigoBlue61 - don't be afraid of eating the higher end of the NHS BMI range.. it worked for me and many others on here!
Cheering you on 🎉🎉🎉
The NHS BMI suggested calorie intake is estimation-based guesswork... you can adjust your calorie intake and/or exercise level to give you a two pound a week weight loss.
