Second day in seems to be going well the calorie checker is helping me with every meal and snack. I'm finding it easier watching how many calories I have left rather than how many sins and free foods. The exercises are good too x

Watching the number of calories left has been a great daily modifier for me too... and still is.
Well done, keep it up, the counting does get easier, and it's a great help if you pre-plan too as then you are more in control of what you're buying when you head out to the shops.

Calorie counting is the best way. But Remember the Portion Size has Well. And you will lose weight. Plus keep up the exercise.
I have lost over 3 stone this way. But the Hard work has just started. Not Falling back into bad ways again. Had a Bad week last week, But back on track this week.
