Woke up after a bad night so feel quite useless. I just wish I could kick the biscuit habit.
I have to watch what I eat today. So I will be trying very hard to keep to the plan today.

Hi biscuits are my downfall too! Have tried to buy lowest calorie ones i can find. Low fat rich tea are about 36 calories each. I also buy Cookie Crisp cereal as 10 grams is only 38 calories for about 15-20 of the little cookie things and i feel like i am having a choicolate chip cookie (well almost!). I also try sugarfree gum to help keep me away from temptation. Sorry you had a bad night. Hope you have a better day 😃
Hello Barbaraella, I stopped eating biscuits by not buying them. Now I don't think about having them, even if they are there, as I have got out of the habit. It was the only way for me as once I had one I kept going back for more!
Good luck. Once you really make up your mind to do it, you will!
