Mega 3 month stretch May-Jun-July to tackle the last stubborn pockets of flab (approx.16lb); planning to be super stealth for my 32nd Birthday celebrations at the beginning of August. Morris the puppy is making making my motivation easier to find. Good luck everyone at the beginning of their journey.

Hi ForMe

I completely relate to your post. I've got 12 lb to lose before I reach my 65th birthday. I've decided to treat myself to 10 personal training sessions as I have lost weight but need to tone up. My dog Rusty has been pretty effective as a fitness aid. He likes 2 hours plus walking a day! I hope you reach your target for your birthday. Daisy1925

Yes, I had about 12 PT sessions and absolutely loved it (often ended up chatting for hours too!) - felt my confidence and strength get loads better. Shame about the cost!! Hope you enjoy them and also reach your birthday goal!

Birthdays are a good target!! Mine is my 45th birthday on 30th July and I have 1 stone to go, so we have very similar goals! Just imagine us partying in summertime and not feeling like we have to cover up the flabby bits. It'll be fab. We can do it!!
