Where to start

hello good people,

i hope you have been holding up well.Been away for like a month lost track of everything.i think i will need to start again.I was unwell for 4 weeks,could not work out just got back to the office today,i feel better now,i can start working out too.someone please advice me on what to do.Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unwell, but pleased that you're now recovered and back to work.

Why not join IndigoBlue61 's reboot challenge, to give you the support and motivation you need to get back on track? You can start the 12 week plan again and re-join the Thursday weigh-in, or if you wish to strike while the iron is hot, join us in the Wednesday weigh-in :)

If you're fit enough to start working out, you can join us in one, or more of the exercise challenges. TheJuggler will be posting a new thread today, which will be the ideal time for you to get started :)

Good morning to you. :-)

If you take a look at my last two posts you will see that I have just been where you are now. I decided to reboot myself and get going for the summer which is when I find it so much easier to lose weight.

Do you count calories? You can use this bmi checker to calculate your calorie allowance:

nhs.uk/Livewell/loseweight/...

Get back into your zone, exercise, eat well (healthily) and you should make progress.

I am sure other folk will be along soon with loads more good advice. Keep posting and following others progress, we all support each other!
