I'm within my last ten pounds to target weight but I seem to be just fluctuating between a pound up or a pound down and not really making any progress further. I work a physically demanding job five days a week and I aim for about 1700 calories as I'm 5ft and weigh 149 pounds. Any tips?

Even though you are in a physically demanding job perhaps your body has got used to it and you need to step up your exercise more as in a power walk. Are you drinking plenty. Perhaps you could look at the type of food you are eating and give your body a change of the type of food as in healthy Salads I will be the same Im sure when I get nearer my target as it does get harder Hang in there Dont get disheartened and give up
I do tend to have a lot if carby foods I need to cut them down a bit and I do drink skimmed milk which would be better?
