I seem to always make something else a priority when I exercise by myself so bit the bullet and heading back to the gym environment tonight!

Pro: literally round the corner from my house and on the way to and from work...

Cool another Spring new resolution. I've joined a running club this week. No regrets so far. And it's a 25min cycle ride away! So get yourself down that gym :)

The best way to get yourself there is to find a work out buddy.

Its a lot harder to just say "Nah tomorrow" as you walk past the door when you know you have to meet your workout buddy there.

Or even spring for a few PT sessions to get you rolling maybe?
