HI. My name is Phil62. I'm a Little old than you! Just finished the Weight lose challenge , when I started I was 13st 13lbs.Now 11st . I started with little changes . Like half spoon sugar in my drinks. The next thing I did was buy a new Bike. Started cycling 5 miles a day. Now doing 100 miles a week. I known every body can find the time to exercise me. But you must do some plus watch what you eat. Portion control and what.! Its not easy. Try and get a Friend excise with and support each other. You will have Good days and bad. But just stick at it. I am still doing the NHS food and activity charts. And I try and keep under 2000 cals a day. I exercise 5 days a week and have 2 Rest days, I also do 15 mins a day strength exercise. Good look.

Hi Frazzies 1, Start 12 wk plan,check calorie value in all food you've eaten,stick to daily calorie allowance,choose a weekly weigh day,and good luck.😊
