I wanted to post this pic that shows me as I didn't want to see myself at my highest weight and lowest self-confidence last Christmas. It's a picture I truly hate but I keep going back to it, as it was my wake-up call to start taking responsibility for myself, and from the next day I began the journey I'm still on. Getting there... but not quite reached my target! I want anyone who is starting out with the same mind set I had... I can't, I don't want to, it's too much... to realise that one day at a time you really CAN make a change. It's not easy but with enough motivation and determination and support, it's not impossible.

Thank you so much for posting! You have 6 stone, well done. I am aiming for that myself by end of April. I will look out for the after photo!

Love, love, love the before and after (during) photos! Those of us with still a lot of weight to shed (5 stones) can't even possibly imagine what we might look like slim. ThanQ v much for posting, it's very inspirational...xx

Well done you, a great achievement 🎉🎉🎉
Superb!
Saw this post after the other picture (current) - even more gobsmacked at what you have achieved. Your joints are probably thanking you as well - utterly briliant, well done! Now I want to be like you.
