Why does it always rain when I am taking the dog out for a walk... Grrrrr!

Your dog is the best personal trainer you can have and what's more s/he loves you. Whatever the weather you have to get out there and once out don't you feel better for it? Without your dog to urge you out of the front door wouldn't be so easy to sit back and put your feet up. Someone once told me there is no such thing as bad weather - just the wrong clothing - so invest in some good wet weather gear if you haven't already got some. Daisy

Don't worry about me I'm as fit as a fiddle, I don't need any excuses to keep fit I do it no matter what. I was only joking about the rain I'm living 47 years in rain so it doesn't bother me at all.
