Lost another 1lb this week, 3.5lb total so far. We are trying so hard to be good. Cut down on caffeine, sugar and making small changes. 3 aerobic/strength classes a week now plus 1 Pilates session, dog walking, new chickens to care for and a horse to look after! I'm loving that we are more active and I love the achy muscle pain.
