Well yesterday I did my first park run 5k I came last but I did it. I have been going out walking/jogging as well as gym but cut down a bit on gym trying to stick to 1200 cals instead of under I do feel better in myself lets see if new regime brings any weight loss at the end of 4 weeks

Well done, kbed, that's a great achievement! I've done one fun run and was last by a million miles, but that doesn't matter, at least you're out there doing it, which is more than the couch potatoes are :)

I would suggest upping your calories to 1400, especially as you're running and going to the gym. You've got nothing to lose, but weight :)

Thank you moreless I was trying to diet between 850 - 1200 cals no good i've learnt that and I do feel better for eating more just the good stuff though occaisional treat thanks for your suggestion I aim to take part in next sats park run I can only get better!!
