This looks DELICIOUS!!! I had a poached egg with haddock and wholemeal toast for lunch, and I have to say that I particularly enjoyed the egg - yum!

I do like poached eggs on toast; I may have to have some for my tea this evening. I think its all about the runny yolk seeping into the bread. Maybe a little chopped tomato on the side. Thanks for the idea AuraShadows
