Hi guys has anyone experienced tiredness & headaches in the first few weeks of switching from junk food to healthier eating? I'm almost 3 weeks in have reduced my portion size, cut out the constant snacking of biscuits & chocolate, except for one little bar at the weekend. I'm drinking loads of water.

Tiredness
Yes, this happened to me with really bad headaches particularly at night. They lasted about a week. Good luck getting through it as they do pass.
Yes definitely. It's a natural thing to happen when you cut out the junk, your body is detoxing and with that goes the nasty side effects 😏 it Will pass quickly and you will start to feel fabulous! Drink plenty of water to flush toxins out quicker x
I have to say I didn't, and felt more energised and fitter. Any headache for more than 24 hours should really be checked out Hidden
I didn't mean I had constant headaches. I got headaches during the night which lasted a while. I didn't take anything, just drank water and went back to sleep. If they did annoy me for a bit.
I didn't, then I was suffering aches / menopausal flushing and stuff ( I still suffer mild aches) , due to decreased hormone levels.
Trying to reduce sugar is keeping my stomach flatter too, which is fab.
Good luck it's a long journey, weight losd
Yes, I have had some headaches, mostly at night, but sometimes in the day. I feel tired some of the time too, but I put that down to my busy life.
Thanks to everyone for your quick response , much appreciated😊
Yes! Especially in the evening! Hopefully will go soon
