I remember those days well ... Stay calm, you can do this, this is what you've been working towards, revision is reminding you of things you already know (albeit that it might once have drifted past a brain cell during a Friday afternoon lecture when you were mentally already in the pub!!) BUT now is the time to calmly and confidently go over your notes ... Prepare some snacks: carrots, celery, sugar snap peas and get on with it ... You still have time! Good luck 🌸🌼🌻

Get enough sleep and eat meals with lots of protein. Comfort food is not going to sound so good the day after, so avoid it. Allow yourself things that you can control: slices of toast with olive oil are my treat, and rice/pasta dishes with tomato if I feel I "need" the energy. Good luck!

Take it easy hun, you can do this. Set yourself a plan that incorporates your revision and exercise. Eat food that will keep you satified longer or if you have to pick at something eat vegetables cut into sticks its yummy and low cal, i never thought to try till i cam eon here now i have them all the time if i want something picky, you can also find some nice low cal dressings to dip them into. Use the exercise to get your stresses out. even if you just plan in 5 mins running up and down the stairs between revising it will help to release good endorphins which can help to make you feel more positive and relaxed. Good luck with your exams

Don't be too hard on yourself. A lot of us have been there. Try and set regular study breaks and then watch an episode of your favourite show on each break. That's what I used to do. Exam time is stressful enough to dont beat yourself up about eating more than usual x

Hi, I feel your pain! I'm in my final year at uni and had exams today! Plus I'm writing my dissertation. It is the most stressful thing I've ever done and I too am one that sits in front of my computer, one hand on the keys, the other dipping into a bag of chocolate buttons... I only started on the plan on Monday but have been making a plan for my day and setting alarms on my phone for example, 2 hours revision then 10 mins on static bike and some fruit, then 2hours Dissertation, 10mins core strength (I have a pilates dvd with 10min sections that focus on different areas). You get the jist! May sound obsessive but seems to be working for me so far! Good luck, and try not to stress about your exams, go to your lecturers /library support for tips on revision, I stick post its all over my flat with stuff I need to remember, drives my OH mad haha! 🌸

try and keep studying instead of eating, not worth being stressed later on after it is over and you then stress over lbs gained.
