Thats great you lost weight - how much have you lost so far?
I'd recommend to you that you stop using food as a treat for doing something good.
Using food as a reward or comfort is what gets us fat in the first place.
Try to break that habit and choose non food rewards like going to a movie or getting a new mag or whatever reward works for you but try to lay off food rewards.
It just reinforces to your mind that food = reward/comfort so your mind keeps craving it.
Hi yes rewarding with food isn't such a good idea is it? I just saw it and had a piece but hey, i'm back on the bandwagon today!! Just a couple of pound - 3 pounds lost. I'm happy with that. Thanks for your kind comments, and yes that cheesecake recipe I will look into!!
