Trying to increase the amount if exercise but tiredness is hampering it - will it get better?
Are you following 12 week plan? If so are you eating enough. You shouldn't be on less than 1400 cals/day if you are female and more if you are doing lots of exercise. If it persists then worth getting it checked out.
Have you increased your exercise gradually? It's not good for the body to overdo exercise. Make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet.
If you are tired all the time then it could be something medical e.g. low iron levels. I'd advise going to see your GP if it continues.
If you are exercising you need to eat more, not just provide energy for the activity but more importantly to provide the nutrition needed for muscle/cell repair post workout.
Yes I would get it checked out but there are other things you can do. You could try to get your exercise done in the morning when you first get up. If you do this before breakfast you'll get a better fat loss. I find if I'm tired I'll say I'm just going to try 10 minutes of exercise and by the time I'm into it I don't want to stop. Or you could just get outside for a walk - that will also refresh you. Good Luck x
