I like the way it is set out, easy to find a recipe to suit different diets. I was looking for a section on boneless, skinless and above all eye and tailless!

I typed in my favourite fish.. a host of recipes I would never have thought of came up... very impressive, Thanks Hidden for sharing this one.

Im not a big fish lover but might give some of this stuff a go and see if it changes my mind.

I looked at the dairy free ones and there was one with mascarpone! But agree it looks useful especially as I'm trying to eat more fish (to compensate for not being able to have dairy). Thanks 🐟🐟🐟
