It's been lovely here in Nottinghamshire too cool in the shade but warm in the sun.

I have been busy painting ( badly) as I am quite a messy painter more ends up on me than on what I am painting but..... keeping hands busy and focusing takes my mind off food so win, win.

Let's hope the good weather is here to stay , fingers crossed

Atleast I am not the only one that gets paints everywhere. I have been trying to preoccupy myself so I don't have anything naughty. Thank goodness for natural yoghurt 🙄. Fingers crossed for more warm weather 🙏

Well done for keeping yourself occupied. I have been at the hospital all afternoon doing a course on how best to live with chronic pain. And I am now trying to to mindful relaxation to get away from pain and thinking about food. It has also been a good day in west London.
