Im so fed up feeling unfit and overweight, i dont feel that big but it was a shock that i should lose 3 stone to be in the healthy range for my bmi!! I need to sort my health out

We have weigh-ins every day so why not come and join us. You can find the weigh-in on the Home page in the Events section on the right. Just click on the post and state your start weight and any loss/gain or maintain for the week.
To get the best out of the forum be active, share experiences, tips and recipes. Read some of the posts they can be very inspiring and motivate you along the way.

Well done for deciding to change things, as that three stone will become 4, then 5 stone.... you get the idea!
In case you need a bit of an incentive, here is a post I shared when I first joined.... It took me 2.5 years to lose 4 and a half stone, but I feel so much better!

Good luck - I've tried so many diets, slimming world, weight watchers they all work but I can't continue for long as no willpower. Got 3 months to shift some weight before I go away. I have downloaded My Fitness Pal and counting calories - its worked out I can have around 1350 a day - wish me luck! Good luck to you too - let me know how its going x
Hi Ive been managing ok, made a yummy cake today for friends so had some of that, otherwise eating plenty of healthy foods and no junk
Don't be fed up Hun we've all been there... a little change makes a big difference... you will soon be sailing along in no time at all.. good luck and welcome to the group...
