Good morning all - yo yo dieter - professional fail!. I'm back on the weight loss wagon feeling like yuk! With myself again - I feel positive, do it, and lose weight - get complacent and I'm back to square one AGAIN!.
I woke up this morning feeling right get your booty in gear girl again - telling myself what have you done again! So here I am tryin something new - doing it alone no classes, no exchanging of monies, no fads just me and I'm giving this support group a go! So here's to the first week. ππ»ππ»πͺπͺ x

Move down to the Topics, to find a variety of threads, collated into specific topics for ease of access and we ask that you also 'file' your own threads, so that others won't miss your important news
Take a look at the 12 week plan, as a lot of people have been successful with it, making sure to enter your details into the BMI calculator, to get a calorie allowance tailored to your personal requirements. Don't forget to take your starting measurements and a 'before' picture, as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate
We run daily weigh-in's and you'd be very welcome to join us. The threads can always be found in the Events section, to the right of the home page, bottom on a mobile.
We've found that to get the best out of this community, we need to be active on the forum, as it's where we exchange information, get motivation and inspiration and make friends. We hope that you'll join us here, regularly, too

Hi ary88 let bygones be bygones, you have taken the first step into a brighter and happy future where weighthopefully will be one of the least of your problems This is the best place to come to as the people on this forum are absolutely great with support, cheering on, help when you feeling a bit down and there whenever you need some advice. They all have been down the same road with different paths and bumps so will understand your journey as well!
