Take your measurements at the start along with a photo so you can see the changes on the days when the scales don't move.
We have weigh-ins ever day so why not come and join us. You can find the weigh-ins in the Events section on the home page. Just click on the post in Events and write your starting weight, what you have lost/gained or maintain over a week.
To get the best from the forum be active, share experiences, tips and ideas. Read some of the posts in the Topic section they are good for inspiration and keeping you motivated.

Hi you haven't got to keep eating the same meals. There is a huge variety of healthy foods and how to cook it ideas out there. Often you can carry on eating your fave meals but just tweaking it a bit to make it less fattening. No wonder you get bored and give up! x
