Non scale victory

Only a small victory but a good one for me! Prepared myself melon and muller light yoghurt to eat to break time at work today and was really pleased I did. Cakes and Sweets in the staff room and I didn't touch one !! Just munched my snack xxx me 1 junk food 0 lol xxxx
