At 59, Farmhouse, you're definitely notoverthehill, because that's the same age as me and I've got my second wind!!
Keep up the great work, you can do this!
Fantastic start, walking even a small amount to start is good, portion control can take a bit of practice if you feel hungry add lots of veg it certainly fills you up, slowly building on your brilliant start you will soon see the pounds dropping off, good luck
