Well here I am again a week down the line and over 2 pounds lighter. That's what happens when your not so greedy...
Have had nice meals but cut out the cake biscuit cream and ice cream and counted the calories every meal...
Not hard work really with the NHS calorie counter.. I've found a low calorie lunch which ive had every day and it's all my favourites so in the next few weeks with have to fins another on I like so much..
