Well here I am again.. went on holiday for a month last September and promised my self not to be greedy.. it's February and we've had Christmas and been very greedy. So tried to loose a bit weight and have then put it back on again..
so it's calorie counting from today and as I done so well last year I'm going to try again and hope to loose half a stone in a month.. watch this space x
