Best advice ever!
Well, that's done some good neck exercise for the morning, but worth it ! Very interesting.
That seriously made me laugh out loud! I didnt realise I had posted it sideways. My apologies to your neck. 😂😂😂
It makes it sound so easy... thanks for posting. Can I just ask, would anyone eat something a fox would ignore - having said that do foxes like salad and soup?
Ha.... The foxes here just seem to eat our neighbours hens! Grrrrr
I don't know about foxes, but I have to say, my sadly gone pussy cat Otto would eat anything, I mean ANYTHING, however, when offered sausage, he would sniff it and walk off!
Cats have to be the fussiest eaters ever! Mine keeps me on my toes with her constant food changes.... worse than a fussy toddler!
When my brother lived in NY about thirty years ago there was a huge billboard that just read "When dining out insist on plates".
When it said about nothing that grandmother wouldn't recognise as food I'm sure in their day was much healthier We had everything cooked from scratch and there weren't the big sopermarkets or freezers when I was a child We certainly never had take always
Great advice thanks for sharing 😀
Definitely thought provoking but I had to smile when I remember my grandmother's idea of Sunday tea. It was tinned salmon sandwiches (plenty of vinegar on) and tinned peaches with carnation milk from tins! Don't think she liked cooking very much. Lol 😆😆
Are we related? (and white pepper as well as vinegar)
That actually sounds really nice, lol!!
Thanks for sharing this. It is common sense but that seems to be in short supply, lol! My grandmother was born in Victorian times and lived on a farm (granddad was a farm labourer). She had 13 children and cooked all food from scratch, most veggies she grew herself, and they had lots of rabbit (which my granddad shot). Also, lots of things like suet puddings, but the work was hard so they needed it. She lived until she was 92 My mum is the youngest and only living child now, but she's still going strong at 85. She was the same when we were growing up, and taught me to cook. I do try to cook everything from scratch myself, and think this helps a lot in weight loss
