I went saw ...And almost conquered...Lol....We used tred mill and two way trainers and bikes..The stay still kind π all in hour, was good left with jelly legs.a smile...And waiting for next wk But I be using mine at home too.
You did it then, its hard but well worth it, after a while you wont want to miss it. It makes you feel good and you always learn when you are doing it. Roll on next week Cazz
Afternoon Jim yesterday's excersize.i just managed to use mY bike. 15 mins as I ended up with fat headache. And today walking.to shops feeling stiff after Tuesday. But be bk doing by tea time.π
