Pleased to say that after losing mum in November, dieting was the last thing I wanted to think about and the weight crept back up a little, particularly over the festive period. However, I am pleased to say that I am back on track, in a much better frame of mind.
I am now including a 30 to 40 minute work out most days as well as keeping my food intake under close scrutiny.
Since getting back to it I have lost 3 1/2 lbs in two weeks. Only another 40 plus to go!!!

Good morning castiggy and welcome back ☺ I hope you had a good Christmas.
Very well done on getting back on that wagon, it's never easy after a break ☺ Also I'm delighted to hear about the exercise routine, I know that is something you struggle with ☺ And a fantastic 3 1/2 lb loss ☺
Since you were last here there have been a few changes, including the weigh-ins running 6 days a week. Mondays and Tuesdays are full, but Wednesday is available so you could join that one?
To lighten the load we ask that everyone responds to at least one other member, ideally the person directly ahead of you on the thread. This is a bare minimum, though and we'd love to see everyone cheering on as many people as they wish, on as many days as they like ☺
It makes things easier for us if you could state your weight, how much weight you've lost/gained/maintained this week and your goals for the week ahead. Other than that, feel free to share any details of your week that you like. These are proving very popular with lots of support ☺
Well done for regaining your focus - after such an earth shattering event in your life it can be impossible to even think straight let alone concentrate on losing weight - I bet your mum would be proud of you
