and YES i will be drinking alcohol & eating food!!
As im following a no carb diet at the moment my plan is to eat no carbs until Wednesday then on Thursday introduce some carbs to make sure Ive got some stodge in me for Friday and eat carbs at breakfast on Friday before going out. . i will also exercise each night this week as well.
it's an afternoon session on friday and it's the only time of the year that I ever get a bit tipsy and let my hair down... and this year isn't going to be any different cos Im going to enjoy myself and not worry about it for 1 day.
if the scales don't move next week it's won't phase me as I've got used to it now and still continued with my diet...
