Sunday Dinner

Hi. I'm going to be having a late late Christmas dinner today. I weighed myself yesterday and had lost gone from 12 stone to 11 11 but don't want to creep back up. Exercise and portion control seems good. Any easy to carry, cheap low cal snacks you can suggest?

Light breakfast fruit or porridge and then see how you go after dinner should you need anything. Try not to get on the scales tomorrow, weigh next Saturday and I'm sure you won't see an increase in weight. The most important thing is to enjoy the company and yummy dinner.🎄

Thanks Ganny

Firstly - Have a great day today - dinner wise fill your plate with veg, some turkey (I am assuming turkey) try and just have 1 roast potato and 1 or two boiled :) If drinking enjoy and forget about weighing in til next Saturday :)

Well done on your weight loss :)

Cheap low cal snacks - I make a mixed food bag of celery, carrot sticks, radishes, grapes etc to much at my desk at work or out on dog walks. Hope that has given you a few ideas :)

Wishing you all the best as you start on your journey to health and happiness

Or just get the low fat version out of the supermarket - tastes just as good (Humous) 60 calories per 30g which is more than enough to do 2 pieces of Danish toast)

I also have low fat smooth Brussels pate - which is great on Danish bread / toast (weight watcher Danish loaf 51 cal per slice - can get it in Tesco and other shops)

Not what you're looking for?
