Dinner Out

So last week I stuck to my calorie count (Couple of naughty snacks) and exercised twice and lost 2lbs, so very happy with myself. Although tonight I am eating out, is it too early to have a cheat meal? Craving chips!! :)

Well done with losing 2lbs. Enjoy your meal out tonight. :)

I wouldn't but later I did find that everything in moderation was OK. If I didn't have something every once in a while I would have quit but it did make the loss slower. Your weight like mine, will go up for several days and it is a disappointment.

Yeah, I think maybe it is a little too early to be whacking out the cheat meals. But like you say every once in a while will be okay, otherwise junk food is all I think about!!
