Hi all, happy new year I've registered again as having problems with my old details, my memory is so bad!
Anyway I lost 3 stone very slowly last year I've put 3 pounds on over Christmas & new year so I'm back on track now. I would like to lose about a stone more. I have a few health problems so I'm limited to some exercises such as weights & running, but we live by the sea & do go for walks with my husband at the weekends when he is off.
I'm feeling positive & love reading everyones stories on here

Wow you've lost LOADS already, well done! 3/4 of the way there. And a slow loss is ideal i think because you're much more likely to keep it off because you'll properly have learned new good habits. Im sure you'll shake of that 3lb in no time. Happy new year!

You are in the same boat as me; we have broken the back of the weight loss, but that last stone is just so elusive....finding the motivation is so much harder when you are nearly there. I too had lost 3 stone, with another stone to go, but have crept back up 5 or 6lbs over December. You have done so well to only put on 3lbs...that will soon go once you get back into the healthy routine that you were in before. Keep focussed!
