Yesterday, I didn't feel any hunger at all on my plan, however, today I did. What I didn't realise on my plan is that had I been under eating, not good at all.

Under eating is not good either as you feel hungry and then crave the naughty food

I know, it took a load of will power but I did not cheat at all.
Make sure you're getting enough protein and essential minerals if you're tempted to undereat again. I find iron and vitamin A tricky to incorporate.
I am taking some multi vitamin at the moment since I seem to be having a lot of colds, it is working
