Hi Kersey . Hairflair here.Me too am into homemade soups and seasonal fruit salads . leek and potato soup carrot and sweet potato . honey to taste with a spoon of cremefrachie. pea and ham but gammon has more flavour. add croutons .some grilled lard ons . Salmon tuna chicken dishes .tossed salads. followed by a glass of port and low fat cheese .board.Happy New You .Sue.
Hi , that sounds a really nice choice of food ,I seem to struggle in the afternoons but rest of the day ok, the fitness and walking is coming on great, so some good stuff happening Happy New Year to you
Afternoon metabolism .mini pitta bread with a filling tuna tomatoso or salad cottage cheese pineapple .or make a fruit smoothie drink on the move. I enjoy water .with occasionally a fruit tea .Sue.
