Posting a lot later today as I have been busy. I havnt eaten a lot today but what I have had is the wrong type of food unfortunately that's the way it is sometimes will just have to be more careful tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing ok today x x -

I am sure you can start again tomorrow. Every day is a struggle to make better choices but it is worth it when the scales show weight coming off. You can do it!
