It might be worth getting in touch with NHS Choices to find out what has happened to your E-mail notifications?

In the meantime, you could have a look at this link, and maybe download the particular week of the plan you're on?

At least you can then manually get it, and hopefully they'll be able to help you sort out the lack of E-mail notifications.
