Good Morning

I am still doing well with the pop. My bigger picture now that Christmas is the following weekend. My goal to get through the season with some structure in eating my 3 meals plus my night time snack and my walking. And if I eat outside my season program that is fine because I will have my structure. Actually I am pretty good there is not much food around me in the season. My most food is at my sisters Christmas day so I am pretty lucky.

Hi Wadestreet,

Great to hear you're still doing well with the pop. Good to hear you've got a plan to tackle the festive period. Glad to hear you've not got too much extra food around, that should make it more manageable, as you say.

Have a great week.

Lowcal :-)
