I have decided that, although I am not going to go mad over Christmas, I am going to leave the concerted slimming effort to the New Year. After a somewhat traumatic year, I am going to enjoy the festive season and some of the goodies, go out with friends and pamper myself (not with food!). Come the New Year, I have got Mr Tiggy on board to motivate and encourage me in my weight loss journey - I have a target weight that I would like to reach for my birthday - I am looking forward to attaining it!

Good for you, but if you have got into good habits, don't sabotage all your good work so far by abandoning them altogether. Enjoy!
Hi castiggy,
I think lots of people will be giving the weight loss a rest over the Festive period and will be restarting in January, it's good though that you don't plan to stop completely!
It's great you've got Mr Tiggy to motivate you and I wish you all the very best in reaching your goal, for your birthday, whenever that is!
Wishing you a Merry Christmas,
Rob
Sounds like a plan! I'm going to enjoy Christmas and like you start the new year with a strong resolve to get myself to my target weight.
Enjoy yourself.
