Hi my name is zain .I want to lose 15kg to reach the perfect weight.it need hard work I can't stop eating also it actually needs a lot of exercises

I tried so much ways but I don't have patience. I feel boring fastly. I want to creat a group to encourage each other .so who gonna join with me.?
