I am a 50 year old , I had a Mi two years age , and am desperate to loose weight as I am nearly 19 stone , is there any help I can get in Worcestershire ?

Good morning Andyambo and welcome to the forum. Well done for taking this first step and you will find lots of great advice and support on the forum. Many of us started with the NHS 12 week plan which is based on calorie counting and breaking bad habits it is an excellent starting place.

With your medical history is you GP practice able to offer any help? I got on a dietician led scheme and have heard of others getting slimming club membership paid, or free gym sessions?

This forum is an excellent resource and support system too 😊
