Sorry, there probably isn't a quick fix to your problem Wantoslim16 just good old fashioned diet and exercise. If there was, we'd all be doing it ๐Ÿ˜€

I should imagine almost everyone on here has fallen off the wagon at some point but as long as we get back on and don't stop trying, we don't fail ๐Ÿ‘You've done really well so far, just keep going, one day at a time. Remember, healthy eating is for life, it's not a race ๐Ÿ™‚ If, in the end, the party dresses don't fit, treat yourself to a new one! In the past I have even popped into a 'good' charity shop and picked up a sparkly top to wear with smart trousers, just to tide me over while I lost more weight :D

I do hope that the next three weeks sees you sticking like glue to your eating plan and exercising like mad, you never know, it may still be possible one will fit. I wish you luck that happens for you ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€

You pick yourself up and return to doing what allowed you to lose 3.5lbs and 2.5 inches off your waist the previous week.

Although youโ€™ve not been as astute since Monday, all is not lost; you have 21 days to ensure that (reduced) calorie intake is obtained from nutrient dense, wholesome food, in addition to ensuring that you undertake as much exercise as possible, since both will encourage further weight loss and increase inches lost.

Donโ€™t panic, you still have time to fit into that dress.

Thank you so much Mr Nice Guy when I weighed this morning I was amazed that I was only a pound heavier then last week but lost a 1in of my stomach so definitely back on track.

Great 1lb up now serious buckle down time. Calorie count maybe even more dropping a few here and there. Exercise Drink 8-80z glasses of war a day to hydrate take a multi vitamin. Snack on carrots, celery, radishes, peppers. Watch the fruit lot's of sugar. Meat, chicken and fish, limit white bread products. Salads with oil and vinegar. Be watchful good luck still possible if you stay true! A fine slimming hose helps-body cover.
