Hello I'm in the same boat this is my first post
You made the first step and the biggest. There are many opportunities to join in other Challenges. The being is to know you will not be starving on the program you balance your meals by calorie counting. The NHS program is excellent to look at it's a 12 week week loss.
Drinking 8-8oz glasses of water a day is a big kick for your system. Increase excrerise be it at home or do some some from UTube or join a gym or get out and walk. Theses will burn calories along with making you healthier.
