Welcome to the NHS weight loss community forum. You've posted a great photo of yourself. I am sure you could easily follow the NHS 12 week plan and just select the healthier choices available in your country, and maybe you can give us some tips on some delicious recipes to try?
Do have a read of our Welcome Newbie post, it's in the Pinned posts area, and there are various places to download the NHS 12 week plan, but if you have any difficulty finding your way around, then just ask - there are usually plenty of people around in the forum who can answer any queries you might have.

Welcome seyisulu, I second lowcal, it would be great to see some of your recipes. However for the basics, chicken fish and vegetable dishes are generally a good start. Thinking about the cooking process as well. Fats are not bad but perhaps it is good to reduce the amount we use in our cooking. Likewise the same for carbs. Definitely try to minimise sugar. Good fresh food cooked without too much fat or creamy sauces can't be beat! 😀 it really helps to plan your menu for the week as well. Good luck
